Clue # 2

I love waking up to this. It is such a good way to start my day. It took me a second, but once I read it a second time, I ran straight for the book and found this:

Alacrity:

   1. cheerful readiness, promptness, or willingness

   2. liveliness, briskness

 synonyms: eagerness, keenness; fervor, zeal

I currently have no idea what this is leading to. The only other thing he has said is that it is a gift, not an activity.  Any ideas??
